This 1960 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz left the factory finished in Heather over white leather, and it underwent a refurbishment circa 2020. The car is powered by a 390ci V8 linked with a four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. It has a power-operated white soft top, power steering, power-assisted brakes, and 15″ chrome wire wheels in addition to Autronic Eye headlight control, power windows, and front bucket seats with power-adjustment settings for the driver. The selling dealer acquired the car in 2024, and work in preparation for the sale involved replacing the windshield wiper motor, the motor for the power vent windows, and the heater core. This Eldorado is now offered with a clean South Carolina title.
Finished from the factory in Heather, the car was repainted circa 2020 and fitted with a replacement power-operated white soft top. The car also has quad headlights, dual side mirrors, chrome bumpers, and tail fins with integrated taillights. The windshield wiper motor was replaced in preparation for the sale. Areas of touched-up paint are noted.
Chrome 15″ wire wheels are mounted with whitewall tires. Power steering was standard, and braking is provided by power-assisted drums at each corner.
The interior features white leather-trimmed front bucket seats (10B), and the driver’s seat is power-adjustable. Additional appointments include rear bench seats, an Autronic Eye automatic headlight dimmer, a push-button radio, power windows, and power locks. The heater core, the motors for the power vent windows, and the door sill plates were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 32k miles. The seller states that the mileage is not accurate, and total mileage is unknown.
The 390ci V8 was factory equipped with three two-barrel carburetors and was rated at 345 horsepower and 435 lb-ft of torque when new. An electric fuel pump has been added.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission.
